Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges: Furniture items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue. Home décor (soft furnishings) items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days, no questions asked.
Shipping Costs: For returns or exchanges not due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
Receiving: Please inspect the item with the delivery agent before signing. If any damage or issues are found, do not sign for the package and contact us immediately.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in their original packaging.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via WeChat or phone to confirm receipt.
We will examine the returned item and inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within two business days.

After sending the package, please promptly inform your sales consultant of the tracking number to avoid delays in receiving and processing your refund.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and these fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
